Teen Mother Choices currently has two service provision offices within the Chicagoland suburbs along with a corporate office. The two service provision offices are located within local churches. Teen Mother Choices has chosen to have its service provision offices in churches for two reasons. One, it keeps our "overhead" down and two, it brings teenage mothers back to the place they should have been recieving help from in the first place; church!
