Teen Mother Choices currently has three service provision offices within the Chicagoland suburbs along with a corporate office. The three service provision offices are located within local churches.
Teen Mother Choices has chosen to have its service provision offices in churches for two reasons. One, it keeps our "overhead" down and two, it brings teenage mothers back to the place where they should have been receiving help in the first place - the church!
