"I joined the Teen Mother Choices program in Gurnee because I wanted to finish high school and I didn't have much support from my family or my child's father.  During my time with Teen Mother Choices I accomplished many of my goals including graduating from Cosmetology School, securing a full time job as a Stylist and renting my own apartment.  Teen Mother Choices has been a great support to me in the many hurdles I have faced in becoming independent.  They have taught Saige and me about our Savior Jesus Christ.  Now that I've graduated out of Teen Mother Choices I want to give back a little of what the organization has given us."

Candice was a part of the Teen Mother Choices program in Gurnee for just over 6 years.  She accomplished much during her time in the program.  She continues to maintain a close relationship with her Mentor, Marcia.  Candice continues to work as a Stylist and lives with her daughter in a beautiful apartment right up the street where she faithfully attends church.
