Antioch office of Teen Mother Choices graduates its first two teen moms

After conducting a 2-year Feasibility Study, Teen Mother Choices opened its third office in Antioch, Illinois.  Kathy Mitsuuchi, who previously served as a Mentor at the Gurnee office of Teen Mother Choices, was hired as Antioch's Director of Student Services.  The office began serving teen moms in January of 2006 and two of the four teen moms who were a part of that first group were Maggie and Brandy. 

In February of 2008, both Maggie and Brandy decided it was time for them to graduate out of the program so they could make room for two new teenage mothers.  Maggie is currently attending nursing school, while Brandy is working full-time.  Both moms and their children are attending one of the churches that is actively involved in the Teen Mother Choices program through volunteers and financial support.
